Dr. William Durbin is the internationally recognized Soke of Kiyojute Ryu Kempo Bugei, a system dedicated to the preservation of many of the ancient practices of the martial arts. With over twenty eight years experience in the martial arts and gradings in most major Japanese and Okinawan martial arts, he is recognized as one of the country's leading martial arts historians.
